Shipping Within India
At Sushisilks, we offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹3000 within India. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a ₹150 cash-handling charge will be applied. We work with trusted logistics partner Shiprocket ensuring safe and secure delivery. All shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind.
For COD orders, the courier company will typically call you before delivery. If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, you can arrange a re-delivery or pick up your parcel from the courier’s local office.
Important Note:
While we strive to deliver your order on time, we are not responsible for any delays caused by unforeseen circumstances with the courier companies. Additionally, if you are unavailable for delivery, we cannot be held accountable for any delays.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping with charges based on the weight of the products in your order. These charges will automatically be added to your cart at checkout. Our shipping is on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, meaning all product prices and shipping charges are exclusive of import duties.
As the recipient, you will be responsible for any import duties, customs, and local sales tax levied by your country. Please ensure you pay the applicable import duties to receive your order without delays. Failure to do so may result in your order being held at customs or returned to our warehouse. In such cases, shipping charges will not be refunded, and return charges may be deducted from any potential refund.
